Returns Policy: 

 

Incorrect Items

If your order arrives and is incorrect, please send an email to gritcustomersupport@southerngritboutique.com. Be sure to include your order number, what item is incorrect, and what you should have received. We will do our best to fix the issue.

Missing Items

If you are missing an item, please check your email to be sure we haven't sent you an email stating an item was flawed or out of stock. If you have not received this notice along with a refund, please send an email to gritcustomersupport@southerngritboutique.com. Be sure to include your order number and what item is missing. 

Flawed/Broken Items

If you believe that you have received a flawed or broken item, please send an email to gritcustomersupport@southerngritboutique.com right away. You must include a photo of the flaw or break, and your order number. If you do not contact us within 5 days after receiving the item we can only assume the damage is from wear.

Exchanges

Due to the limited quantity of our merchandise we cannot guarantee that the item you want to exchange for will be available when we receive your return. We strongly recommend that you place a new order for the item you are wanting in order to make sure you get it. We do not exchange sizes. We will issue you store credit. An email will be sent with a code to use on our website when we receive the exchange items. 

 

Once a return label is sent to you, items must be sent back to us within 5 days of the label being issued (this does not include transit time or delivery time. Solely based on the time you are issued a return label and the items being dropped off at the post office). You must use our return label provided. All returns not sent within 5 days will be cancelled and voided of exchange/return policy. 

Refunds

We do not do refunds unless there was an error made on our part and your order is unable to be fulfilled.  We can offer store credit. This is only acceptable within the first 14 days of receiving the item. The customer is responsible for return shipping. As soon as we receive the item, you will be issued store credit. Items must be returned in their original condition. ALL JEWELRY & ACCESSORIES ARE FINAL SALE. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE! ALL EXCHANGES/RETURNS ARE HANDLED ON EVERY WEDNESDAY. SO PLEASE GIVE US UNTIL THEN TO HANDLE YOUR ISSUE. 

 

Canceling Orders 

If you wish to cancel an order, as long as it has not shipped, you have 8 hours to email us to cancel. If the items has shipped, you will need to return the item and you will be issued store credit.
