Bad customer service and long wait times

They have a trade for wait times but they will go over and give excuses as to why. Costumer service was super rude and disrespectful even sharing my full name on social media. I never even received my shirt. Spend your money on another small business

You placed your order on August the 7th and began asking for an update on your order even with a graphic tee policy strictly enforced. You became argumentative in public comments on our platform demanding that we refund you for an oversight made on your part. When we refused, you then commented that you would be submitting a chargeback request, which you did and we provided all of our communication with PayPal along with our return policy. Additionally, your shirt was shipped on 9/9, which is ahead of our usual production time. There was a delivery made to your address. Within an hour the post office was in repossession of the package with instructions from you to 'return to sender'. Please be mindful when providing inaccurate information publicly on a website review platform. We will defend ourselves from slander. And we will do it publicly in hopes that it deters other malevolent behavior from like minded individuals. Thank you.
